Why I Started Aureon Property Group

I’m Thivithan Thavarajah, the founder of Aureon Property Group, a property investment company focused on acquiring, refurbishing, and renting out high-yield properties. My goal is to build a sustainable, income-generating portfolio that provides long-term financial security and scalable growth.

I’ve always been passionate about business and investment, and over time, I realised that property is one of the most powerful vehicles for wealth creation. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how smart financial decisions and long-term thinking can transform financial stability. This led me to explore property investment as a proven way to build wealth, create passive income, and achieve financial freedom.

However, getting started in property can be overwhelming without the right knowledge and strategy. That’s why I committed myself to learning from experienced investors, attending industry events, and completing structured training programmes to ensure I take a calculated, strategic approach. My background in sales operations and data-driven decision-making has given me the ability to assess market trends, identify high-potential properties, and execute investment strategies with precision.
